  • What is the Benefit of Creating a MySheaHome Account

    With a MySheaHome account, you'll be able to save your favorite homes, communities and events as you shop for a new home. While we're building your home, you'll be able to see construction progress, view your documents and contacts and see photos of your home. As a homeowner, you can submit and view service requests and view home maintenance and care tips.

SHOPPERS

  • How do I update what communities I am interested in?

    Nobody likes an inbox full of emails that they don't care about. As you narrow down your home search, click on My Account and Community Preferences. Add communities you'd like to hear more about and remove any communties you are no longer interested in.

BUYERS

  • How long will it take for my home to be built?

    Build times will vary per community based on construction scheduled, trade partner availabilty and product availability. We will keep in touch with you on progress along the way and will post and Estimated Complete Date to your MySheaHome account as soon as we are able.

OWNERS

  • How do I submit a Service Request?

    Log into your MySheaHome account. Click the Request Service button in the top right corner of the site. Tell us what's happening with your home and even include some pictures. You'll be contacted by our customer service team within 48 hours of your request.
