Those who register for and attend one of these Info Sessions will receive follow-up information and the link to join the Priority List, so attendance is critical. Register now for one of these sessions today!

Sessions run approximately 30 minutes

STEP 1: ATTEND A VIRTUAL INFO SESSION

In order to learn more about the community and to receive the details on how to be added to the Priority List, you must attend one of the Info Sessions listed above. Only one purchasing household per registration and each person/household wishing to proceed in the process must login and attend a Session in its entirety. If working with a real estate agent, please ensure their name and company information are included on this registration in order to qualify for potential commission. Real estate agents may not register or attend in place of prospective purchasers.

STEP 2: PRIORITY LIST LINK

An automated attendance report will be generated and those on the list will receive an email in the next few days following the attended Info Session. This follow-up email will include the Priority List link and go-live date and time. Please do not share this link with others as it is only valid for Info Session attendees. The link will be live for 24 hours.

STEP 3: PRIORITY LIST REGISTRATION

At the go-live date and time, attendees who received the link can access the Priority List Registration Form to be added to the list. Please ensure that the Names and Contact Information used for this registration match exactly the Names and Contact Information previously used to register for the Info Session. All Priority List additions will be cross-referenced with Info Session attendance and if Names and Contact Information don’t match, you will be removed from the Priority List. The Priority List will be based on the date/time received once you hit the "Submit" button on the form, with non-contingent buyers given preference. All buyers - regardless of paying cash or financing - must register via the link.

STEP 4: WE WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED

Our team will be contacting new Priority List additions and letting them know their general number grouping on the list. When an opportunity to purchase arises based on your Priority List location, you will be notified and asked to follow the required sales process (i.e. getting pre-qualified with Shea Mortgage, selecting a homesite/plan/elevation, making deposits, etc.).


IMPORTANT: The contact information you utilize for this registration must be the same as the future priority registration to be valid.
 
PLEASE NOTE: If you live in a state with anti-solicitation regulations or registration requirements that we have not met (AK, CT, HI, ID, IA, KY, MS, MN, NE, NV, NJ, NY, ND, OR, PA, RI, SD, BC, MB, NL, SK), you should not attend this session and will not receive follow up information. Once our models open, you may physically visit, at which point we can then share more details and any available opportunities for you to purchase.
